12-month product warranty

For 12 months after delivery, Carbon Syndicate covers verified defects in materials or workmanship under the part's intended use and documented installation requirements. Contact us with proof of purchase, the part, photographs and a description of when the issue appeared. We may request reasonable additional information or inspection to assess the concern.

Where a covered defect is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable repair, replacement or refund. Normal wear, stone chips, accident damage and damage caused by incompatible installation, modification or cleaning are not covered defects. An unrelated modification does not by itself determine whether a claim is covered. If a part is loose, cracked, distorted or contacting another component, have it assessed before further use.

Labour, removal/reinstallation and associated costs are not included in this additional warranty unless expressly agreed or required by law. Return-shipping arrangements will be explained before the item is sent. This additional warranty does not replace or limit statutory rights.
