Change-of-mind returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. To qualify for a voluntary change-of-mind return, the part must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified and in its original condition, with its original packaging and supplied components. Keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Start a return

Use our contact form and include your order number, the item and reason for the request. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send an item before receiving those instructions. For an approved change-of-mind return, send the item within 14 calendar days of authorisation, using protective packaging and a trackable service.

Shipping costs and fees

For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Where we supplied an incorrect item or confirm a defect for which we are responsible, we will arrange the appropriate return-shipping solution. Any treatment of the original delivery charge will follow the agreed terms and applicable law.

Refunds

After receiving the returned item, we will assess its condition and notify you of the outcome. We process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and assessment, or sooner where required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Fitment, damage and incorrect items

Confirm the exact motorcycle configuration before ordering. If a part does not match the product information or written fitment confirmation you were given, contact us with the details and photographs so we can address the issue. Do not drill or modify a part in an attempt to resolve an unexplained mismatch before asking for guidance.

Exceptions and cancellations

Any special conditions for a custom or made-to-order item must be clearly disclosed before purchase and accepted as part of that order. Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel before dispatch. We will confirm whether the shipment can be stopped and explain the next step. This voluntary returns policy does not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights available under applicable law.
