Shipping

Canadian delivery

We ship to supported addresses in Canada. Available shipping services and the final shipping charge are displayed at checkout before payment. Standard Canadian shipping is free. If your address is not supported at checkout, contact us before ordering; do not select an unrelated address to complete the purchase.

Processing and dispatch

For in-stock parts, our processing time is 2-5 business days after order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier's transit time. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless a specific guarantee is expressly agreed.

Parts available to order

A part marked "available to order" may require additional time before dispatch. Before placing an order for a part without confirmed on-hand stock, contact us for its expected dispatch date. Any longer lead time should be agreed in writing and included with your order information. If we cannot meet the agreed arrangements, we will contact you to discuss the available next step, including cancellation or refund where applicable.

Tracking and delivery questions

Where tracking is provided for the chosen service, use the tracking link in your dispatch notification. Contact us if a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or appears damaged. We will help investigate with the delivery service; referring a parcel to a carrier does not remove any rights you have against the seller.

Inspect before installation

Check the packaging and part on arrival. Photograph any damage, incorrect item or unexpected finish and retain the packaging while we review the issue. Ask for instructions before installing, modifying or sending an item back. Prompt reporting helps us investigate; it does not replace or shorten rights provided by applicable law.
